“I know what I want and I know how to get it”
… It’s hard to believe in yourself and your successful career when you’re just at the start of your working path and when most people around you say it’s impossible to get your preferred job without any “external” support… this is a truly demotivating situation when you spend your days searching for vacancies, going to different interviews and often getting to response to know what is it that is not OK with you not to get hired. You start lowering your requirements and are ready to accept any offer you might get, even if you don’t like the job, the company and the conditions proposed.
This is how I felt when I came across “Compass” program announcemen. I was not promised a job or didn’t have any guarantee this would help me, but it turned to be one of the greatest experiences for me-both challenging and also very much fun! Even though there’s much to learn in any job to get to my desired career stage, now I know exactly where I want to get and I know what is the way to get there. I was successful in getting a very interesting job right after the program finished and what is most important I have the knowledge and skills to overcome most of difficulties I might face in my work!

“Performance appraisal is now successfully integrated in our managerial process”
“…All of the organization was stressed to know there’s another new process of employee evaluation initiated by our headquarters and we must start filling in some forms that most managers and employees didn’t believe in. Everyone was quite loaded with the core work and this additional “paperwork” would only be a waste of time for most managers and demotivating factor for employees, who wouldn’t get any significant change as a result of evaluation.
In this situation we initiated a development program with Grow edutainment development consultants. Practical and very enjoyable learning program for our managers was developed and organized and as s a result our managers were able to organize employee appraisal in a way that it was seen as a benefit and opportunity for all the staff. We implemented appraisal successfully, our managers are more confident in their roles and the employees are open and comfortable with the process! “

“Stronger team for better results”
Leading an organisation at the age of 22 is quite challenging, but at the same time it is also fun.
Leading a team of leaders at that age might seem too hard. It’s even harder to lead people who are older and at some point more experienced than you are. And all of these in a multi-national team. That was exactly my case, when I was the president of AIESEC in Armenia. It often takes months to build a team that will be able to bring results and operate successfully and in our organization we only have one year to realize the set goals and targets.
We were lucky to work with Grow edutainment, as our learning partner and mentor, who recommended and organized a great teambuilding session for our leadership team right in the beginning of our one year term. We had a very intense and amusing 1-day program and didn’t even notice how from competing individuals we started to feel as a team with common goals, values and principles by the end of the day. It was a great fun and a great learning for all of us!
We were able to create our shared action plan and strategy after our teambuilding and even if any ongoing conflicts occur, we were ready to overcome them together!
